Standard processing and delivery from date of payment is 15-20 Working days NOT including weekends. Your custom made wig construction starts 24 hours after payment is made therefore, all sales are final. If you have made payment via KLARNA, please note processing times are 21-30 business days from your payment day EXCLUDING weekends.
If you would like your unit before the 15 business days, please note there will be an express fee.

Express service is NOT available for orders made via Klarna.

International Shipping
Unfortunately, there is no express option for international orders unless you have emailed to discuss this option directly with The Colour Plug.
Shipping to countries outside the UK including processing times are 15-20 working days from the day payment is made. Your custom made wig construction starts 24 hours after payment is made therefore, all sales are final.
The Colour Plug is not responsible for any custom charges that may be incurred as these policies vary from country to country.
