Refunds are issued only before the 14 days grace period from receiving the wigs. Refunds will not be issued after 14 days on our custom made wigs; however exchanges BEFORE the 14 day grace period may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your custom wig, we will agree to exchange your custom wig for another wig of equal value.
We will not accept any returns or exchanges if the wig has been worn. If you decide to send your custom wig for an exchange please be advised that all shipping and handling costs will be at the customer’s expense and we therefore suggest sending through a reputable courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for any lost packages. We must receive the wig before any exchanges are made.
Products will not be accepted for returns or exchanges if there is any evidence of it being worn or tainted for example, dyed, lace cut or tinted or styled in any way or if any hair products have been applied. If any of the above terms and conditions have not been met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
We recommend inspecting the custom unit thoroughly before trying it on if you have any doubt and would like to exchange it.
In the case you have provided the wrong measurements for a wig, cost of repair/replacement will be liable to the buyer including shipping and handling costs.
Our units do not come customised and it is advised a stylist is used to achieve the best possible look for your unit .
When sending your wig for an exchange please note that the wig must be sent in the original packaging and must be accompanied by the printed order receipt that was sent when the order was made. If this is not included in the packaging, your exchange will not be accepted.
Custom wigs must be received before an exchange or refund can be granted.
